Tug, I love when God kicks my butt too ! Yes, we soooo often forget the gift of the cross so we could have free salvation and not suffer for our sins. This is my Jesus too, the one who suffered my shame and is preparing a home for me in Heaven. I cherish the gift of the Holy Spirit in my life that comforts and convicts me. Thanks for sharing your heart and I am so excited where you are spiritually in your walk with the Lord ! You can never out give God and walking close to Him is the only way !

Thank you for this, I have been really struggling lately with a lot of things, church stuff, etc. and I just wanted to write and say that what you wrote challenged and, well, kicked my butt.
I need to get back to THAT Jesus, not the Sunday Morning Jesus (which I don’t even get to hang with that often due to life commitments)…

Thanks Tuggy, I love that JESUS too. HE has made me who I am and I love him so much. I want others to have that JESUS and feel HIS presence with them everyday. If they don’t it is so difficult to understand that someday they could spend eternity in hell (separated from JESUS and family forever). Thanks for taking the time to write this all down.
I love you and so does our LORD and SAVIOR.
